Description
Phoebe (f) is a beautiful gray tabby, approximately 1 year old. This poor girl was found huddled in the grass in front of a residential building in Washington Heights, not knowing where to go or how to take care of herself. She is clearly a dumped cat. She has been spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV/FeLV and mircochipped. These costs are included in the adoption fee. Phoebe is friendly and affectionate. She is so deserving of a forever home where she will get the love and attention that she needs.
