FULL TIME WINDOW TREATMENT INSTALLER PART TIME & FULL TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE. Installer will be working with Hunter Douglas products as well as custom made drapery and roman shades. Training will be provided but you are expected to have the skills with the appropriate tools required. Installer is responsible for reviewing project notes, packing the truck, installing, and reporting back with a completion checklist. It is vital that they stick to installation schedules and communicate to office manager status of install completion. We install throughout the greater Boston area but our main location is in Winchester. Arrives in uniform ready to work. Uniform includes closed toe shoes, clean dark jeans/khaki workpants, and a black collared shirt/polo. Full time installer will be provided a shirts/work jacket. Has a valid Ma. License on person while on the clock Is able to bend, stretch and lift up to 60 lbs Responsible for keeping the company van organized and clean. Company credit card provided for fueling van. Reports any van issues/accidents or license issues to office manager. Prepares all project boxes with sidemarks and log ins as required by office manager. This includes pulling packing slips and client files to ensure all goods are organized and ready for installation. Trash runs and bring van in for regular maintenance as scheduled by our office manager. Keeping storage area, perimeter of store and basement clean and organized. Maintaining your tool bag with proper tools and supplies provided by the company Reports any customer concerns or any job issues to manager and or owner. Provides in/out times to office manager daily Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: All candidates must be fully vaccinated and be required to take additional measures when on site with clients. Masks will be used as well as additional protocals.
