Just moved here from the west coast, looking for some people to make some loud psych. Shoegaze-y, post-rock-y, stoner-y, psych-y, whatever. Huge fan of the Dead, but trying to get more fuzz in my life. Mythic Sunship, Causa Sui, Earthless, Yawning Man, Papir, Mondo Drag, My Brother The Wind, Moon Duo, Dead Meadow, Wooden Shjips, Brian Jonestown Massacre, Spacemen 3, My Sleeping Karma, El Ten Eleven, This Will Destroy You, Lotus, Grails, early Floyd. I’ve been playing guitar and bass for almost 20 years, in my early 30s, and want to get loud and weird. Let’s set up some mics and just jam for a while and see if a record comes out of it or something. Bushwick/East Williamsburg/Ridgewood would be preferred, but I’m open to anything.
