Join Annie from EatMoveMKE for Monday AM yoga at South Shore Park. We'll meet in the grass across the street from the South Shore Pavilion. Please bring your own mat, props, water, and a towel.

The vision for EatMoveMKE is to encourage people to eat more mindfully, move more creatively, and further explore their world. We offer opportunities to learn about nutrition and from-scratch cooking, yoga and movement, and other adventures in Milwaukee and the Midwest. Through this vision we believe we can build healthier selves, stronger families, and better communities.
