Reliability is important, computer knowledge, photo downloads and good with instructions. Must be dependable with good turnaround time, completing assignments, have a compatible camera and good communication skills for meeting customer's. "Positive Personality", team player and good "Customer Service" skills. Professional Work Attire for home inspections and Reliable Transportation required. Good income per job/assignment.
