Join us for the 2nd annual Lost Giants to Lost Giants Poker Run! Let's ride bikes and play poker! A poker run involves biking to four checkpoints on Galbraith Mountain and drawing a playing card at each one. The object is to have the best poker hand at the end of the run. Having the best hand and winning is purely a matter of chance. We will start from the Lost Giants Cider Co, where you will receive a map showing the checkpoints, and then departing for Galbraith Mountain. Once you stop at each checkpoint and receive your full hand, head back down to Lost Giants Cider Co to play your hand. $5 option to purchase a new card for a better hand! $20 buy in. Your ticket also gets you a complimentary cider at the finish line. Winner gets rad prizes, cider and beer. Be ready to be entertained along the trail. Oh, and be sure to bring some dollar bills with you to participate in more games at the checkpoints! 11am start time, must be back at Lost Giants Cider Co. by 2pm. This is a fundraiser for Shifting Gears, a rad, local non-profit working to break down barriers and getting more access to outdoor recreation. ALL LEVELS OF RIDERS WELCOME // HELMETS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE 21+ We will accept cash or credit card when you check in at LG on the 18th. Shifting Gears is a non-profit creating welcoming recreation experiences that encourage confidence, wellness, growth and joy. Our inclusive cycling and hiking programs will focus on breaking down barriers  that stand in the way between a person and their aspirations. By participating in Shifting Gears programs, community members will walk away with the tools that they need to attain their recreational goals. Whether it be learning how to change a flat tire, cycling 50 miles, locating accessible trails, finding a hiking partner, setting goals or just remembering how to "play," our aim is to create a welcoming environment for all to join in and learn.
