Description

Cat Got Your Tongue at Networking Events? An elevator speech is a 30- to 60-second answer to the question, “So, what do you do?” It’s a quick summary of your business and its value proposition. A great elevator speech will spark interest in your business and hopefully lead to a deeper conversation. It is called Elevator Speech because it should be short enough to present during a brief elevator ride. Many are completely new to the networking world and it can be daunting to walk into a speed networking event or mixer.  Others may want to polish their pitch.  Wherever you are, please join us for this informative presentation and learn how to craft a winning 30-60 second pitch. Presenter is Paulette Morris, Charter Member and Past President of the Toast of Severna Park Toastmasters (Public Speaking) Club, Distinguished Toastmaster which is the highest level of education achievable in Toastmasters, Area Governor overseeing several Toastmasters Clubs, and owner of Idea Weaver Promotions, Inc.  Free.
