A 60 minute Vinyasa flow on the lawn at Cascia Vineyards - led by Lindsay Cook- Practicing mindfulness through your practice and then mindfully tasting what's in your glass 🍷 After the flow we will enjoy a wine tasting or glass of wine from Cascia Vineyards! Everyone will get to take home a tasting glass. Feel free to bring your own snacks to enjoy with your wine after class.
