Electrician needed : grounding rods

Looking for an electrician to verify the installed 2 grounding rods are done properly and if needed to adjust/correct to bring to code. Permit inspection needed end of the week. There are 2 eight food rods that are 6 feet apart. City inspector looked at them and simply said to add an extra clamp (Two #4 solid copper wires passing through ONE clamp, that was corrected so only one wire per clamp). I am the home owner but not familiar with the permit process. The inspector was here already to inspect a water line replacement due to a leak and wanted the grounding rods permitted so he could sign off on them for a final inspection. Pretty much most of the work is done (rods in, wire connected), just need someone familiar with the permit process to do that part for me, verify and correct any of the wiring part if needed.
