Looking for a carpenter to help homeowner install a small single-hung vinyl window, 23.5 x 35.5" size. The work would involve adjust the window opening to tightly fit the new window and put trim around the new window indoors and outdoors. Framing, installing floor trim, and other room update work are other tasks we are planning. Want to engage with you in an initial small project first to get acquainted with your work. We are not looking for a big company contractor for this kind of work. Please let us know the hourly rate you charge.
