Roger Arakaki, Entrepreneur, Tutor, Visionary are some of the words that define his personality. His Japanese and Peruvian roots brought him to Japan. For 9 years he was introduce to the Japanese Culture and Cuisine. Today, he is the CO-Owner of SUSHI ITO Restaurant in Peru. Among his innumerable activities, he created, worked and contributed to the opening of several Restaurants like, FIAMMA, PARRILLA & PASTA, LIMA THAI and WATAN WORK . Roger is also a Renown Professor of different Institutions and participated in several events promoting the NIKKEI and JAPANESE Cuisine in Peru. During this event CHEFS Jean Paul Poggi, Antonio Poggi and Roger Arakaki will present (6) Exquisite dishes from NIKKEI CUISINE.
