Examples of current repairs needed: a. Install bathroom vanity/sink/faucet b. Install toilet c. Install kitchen countertops d. Install sheetrock in the ceiling of a bathroom with past water damage e. Install linoleum in kitchen f. Install carpet tiles in living areas and bedrooms g. Repair exterior stairs and deck 4.
