Partner yoga allows for a playful exploration of different yoga poses and offers deeper openings in the body, in a supportive way. Explore another side of your yoga practice in this Partner Yoga PLAYshop. We will experiment with synchronized breath, assisted stretches and partner poses. This event is not only intended for couples - please bring your partner of choice and join in for this fun PLAYshop! This class is for beginners and experienced alike. $30 per couple Lori Kirsch is a 200 Registered Yoga Teacher from Cincinnati Yoga School, owner and instructor at East Cincy Yoga & Wellness Center in Amelia, Ohio. East Cincy Yoga is located at 64 East Main Street/Beechmont going towards Bethel, Ohio The styles of classes taught at ECY are Kids Yoga, Beginners, Restorative and Gentle, Yogalates, Yin Yang Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Workplace, Chair, Power, Group Classes and Private Sessions.We also have Reiki sessions and Trainings 1, 2 & Masters Our 200 Yoga Teacher Training Program runs 4 months - 9 weekends www.eastcincyogaschool.com
