You're invited to enjoy a private evening at the brewery over an expert selection of five highly rated wines. The following small plates have been personally paired by our in-house chef, Dagan Stocks:
Duck Confit, Pretzel Croustade, Pickled Mustard Seed, Passion Fruit Vinaigrette and Baby Arugula, Dry Pack Sea Scallop, Local Honey & Browned Butter, Pea Tendrils & Edible Flowers, Toasted Brioche, Local Mushrooms, Barrel Aged Sherry & Beef Jam, Grilled Duroc Pork Shoulder, Parsnip Puree, Broccolini & Red Wine Jus
Dark Chocolate Creme Brulee, Mixed Berries, Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream & Candied Hazelnuts
