A special invite event to help an established ministry launch a new trauma-informed equine assisted learning program for our community.
For the last seven years EMBRACE Equine Ministry has served individuals and organizations in the Kootenai and Spokane counties with services at no charge with an average of 100 people every year. This all-volunteer ministry serves to share the love of Jesus Christ using biblical principles and God's gift of the horse to help people learn how to restore and renew healthy relationships.
Now, EMBRACE is launching a new program called Wild Hope. This program will add an additional three days a week of trauma-informed equine assisted learning for individuals, couples, families, and teams. With trauma-informed and certified counselors, and more than fifty years of combined horse experience, Wild Hope will be a specific branch of EMBRACE, in addition to their current services, at an affordable cost.
Join us at this gala dinner fundraiser to learn more about EMBRACE's history, it's vision for the future, and how you can partner with this ministry to help our community rebuild, restore, and learn healthy, connected relationships using horses, biblical principles, and practical tools.
Doors open at 5:45pm. The attire is semi-formal, and dinner and dessert is included. Part of the event will also include a scavenger hunt of the private Idaho Wildlife Museum, courtesy of Pinkerton Retirement Services, as well as live music by local musician and author, Buck Storm.
