Costume Zoo is a fast growing e-commerce costume retailer located in Bakersfield. We are looking for energetic and detail oriented seasonal part-time/full time individuals, who can assist in our endeavor to outfit costumes to the entire world! *Now fulfilling essential items Job Position : Warehouse Associate (Shipping, Order Picking, Receiving) Compensation: $14++ DOE Work Schedule: Varies Hours per week: 20-40 hours Position Start Date: Immediate Position End Date: Halloween or longer Description: • Picking and packaging items for online shipment fulfillment. • Process orders and ship packages accurately. • Receiving duties including inventory management. • Assist in overseeing shipping operations. • Perform administrative tasks as needed. • Willingness to learn and be coachable. • Maintaining our warehouse/office clean and organized. • Able to provide additional assistance in other departments including the warehouse. Qualifications: • Prior experience/knowledge of warehouse fulfillment or shipping preferred. • Exceptional organizational & task management skills. • Ability to lift medium heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs without accommodation). • High level of initiative, able to work independently, quickly and balance multiple projects and tasks. We will quickly become a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and excellent knowledge of computers/web is required. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Team player and able to work collaboratively.
