We will learn about our Chakras, what they are and how to care for them, through spoken education, meditation, and art. Rachel became a certified Pranic Healer while in India. She would love to show you what your Chakra are, How to care for them, and How to feel and use their energy. This class is 2 hours, broken into 3 parts, Guided Meditation, Education on one Chakra a week (workshop meets once a week for 7 weeks), then time for painting. We will experiment with pour painting, pallet knife painting, watercolor, and more! You will end the workshop knowing and understanding your Chakra, with 7 completed paintings. There is additional time before classes to work on painting if you would like. All materials are provided! Just bring your open mind and creative energy!
