South Austin-based residential design/build landscape company is seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional Landscape Crew Leader to start a second team. Our work includes everything from basic plants/sod installation to the construction of elaborate patios fully decked out with a custom outdoor kitchen and pergola for shade. Short of installing a pool, there is nothing that we won't do to transform our client's backyard into a personal oasis for them. This means we need leaders that are versatile and always willing to learn. As a company, we value personal integrity, professionalism a positive attitude, and a team spirit. We have been in business for 13 years and have the goal of being recognized as one of Austin's premier landscape companies. We are looking for individuals who share the same values and will adopt the same goal. Candidates must: 1) Be authorized to work in the United States 2) Have at least 3 years of Landscape experience 3) Have basic knowledge of Texas Native Plants 4) Possess a valid TX Driver's license and must be proficient at pulling a trailer 5) Work well with others and lead by example The ability to communicate in English, as well as Spanish, would be preferable, but not required.
