Duties include: Manage daily cleaning operations- the position will function as an Operations manager, planning, coordinating, deploying resources, troubleshooting problems, managing budgets, training and developing field managers and supervisors; as needed, filling in for managers, supervisors or cleaners, delivering supplies and equipment, assisting with start-ups, etc. Customer relations- maintain customer confidence, complete customer relations visits, respond to requests and concerns, provide new pricing, etc. Employee relations- maintain a positive employee culture, ensure training and proper tools and resources are available, respond to employee questions and concerns, and complete employee relations activities such as meetings, parties, incentives, etc. Janitorial Supervisor/Lead Cleaner is expected to maintain and establish lines of communication with our service customer/client. Be in consistent contact with the Area Manager. Follow-up on service logs and work orders. Ensure the proper use of chemicals, supplies and equipment. Cover staffing shortages through reasonable delegation or performing cleaning tasks. Complete other cleaning and organizing duties as assigned by the Area Manager. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
