Hi, I am Gen B licensed contractor in SF I and need a licensed tile contractor to help me with a rooftop tile grout cleaning, repair, and replace and seal tiles back to original luster. ( We are not replacing tiles but the full grout grout and a few dozen small hairline cracks to repair with epoxy, and then re grout and reseal the whole rooftop of two building located within minutes of each other. This is Historical Building in Downtown SF. Certified Payroll required, Prevailing wage. Total sq footage is @ 1700. Please see pics. Should take no longer than 2-3 weeks max.
