Summary of Position: DeLeon Realty is seeking a Field Assistant who will be responsible for minor fixes or repairs to residential properties. This individual will work closely under the supervision of a Field Coordinator and will report to the Manager of Field Coordination. Essential Job Functions: • Performs various jobs, such as: drywall repair, painting, yard maintenance, minor electrical and plumbing repairs) • Replacing light fixtures and switch plates when necessary • Power washing of windows, drive-ways, etc • Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: • 1-2 years of handyman experience is preferred • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record (will occasionally drive company van) • Good judgment and swift decision-making skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through is required • Reliable and dependable with an excellent attendance record • Must be able to lift at least 25+ lbs.
