As a Shade Assembly Tech, you’ll be joining a team of dedicated individuals from diverse backgrounds who are committed to safety & quality and take great pride in creating custom products. We will train the right candidate. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE: Have a clean DMV record Performs various physical duties as assigned. Be punctual, reliable and ready to work Performs some specialized tasks which may require on-the job training Ability to read a tape measure Ability to read/receive work instructions (English as a second language is acceptable) Ability to maintain safe and clean work environment Ability to stand or sit for the duration of your shift Able to lift to 20 lbs. YOU’LL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE IF: Be able to problem solve Detail-oriented and quality-focused Must be able to complete assignments in a timely fashion to keep within quality standards Must have positive work attitude and ability to work independently or in team environment Self driven to work and learn new skills.
