Stage Rigging is looking for a Mechanic Are you looking for a full time position? If so, Stage Rigging is the place for you. We are looking for someone to start ASAP! This position is full time. Hours are 8AM-5PM with occasional overtime. This position includes medical and dental benefits. MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK. Requirements for this position are -Must have a valid CA Class C license with the ability to drive for the company. -Must have the ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds -High School Diploma or GED -Must be able to use small hand tools ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Repair, inspect and maintain rental inventory of electric chain hoists, winches, and other electrical/mechanical equipment.  Repair, inspect and maintain electric chain hoists as a service for other companies in the entertainment and tradeshow industries.  Reconfigure chain hoists in rental inventory as required by rental demand.  Communicate regularly with Service Manager regarding maintenance concerns, repair parts inventory, and product improvements.  Interpret exploded views, electrical data, and wiring diagrams.  Assist in essential duties and responsibilities as defined in job description for Equipment Inspector.  Perform other duties as assigned.
