Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Maintenance Supervisor for a resident owned manufactured housing community. The Maintenance Supervisor provides daily management of the maintenance unit, supervises maintenance technicians and performs routine maintenance and upkeep of grounds, amenities, clubhouses, and offices, parking lots and other community buildings. Inspects the physical condition of the worksite and assigns tasks to maintenance staff. Assists Community Director with meeting resident needs and concerns; performs related work as assigned Supervises and performs the repair and maintenance of the community’s machines, equipment, and buildings according to the list of duties Knowledgable of underground electric, gas and plumbing systems Pool Operator and Gas System Operator licenses or willing to obtain Communicates effectively and appropriately with supervisors, residents and maintenance staff drawing on strong communication skills Prioritizes, delegates, and completes work orders in a timely manner drawing on strong organization skills Contributes to and fosters a team approach to serving community residents and maintaining a successful community Performs all duties in a safe manner and recognizes safety concerns reporting them to supervisor Demonstrates professionalism in behavior and appearance with supervisors, residents, staff, and vendors throughout the workday Please email current resume or application to the address in this ad for immediate consideration.
