Hello! We’re local landscapers in San Francisco looking for a focused, hard-working, independent helper immediately. We are family owned, celebrating four years in business and we are expanding. We offer landscape maintenance, hardscaping, turf installation, irrigation, masonry, landscape design, planting, and more. We are not necessarily looking for a landscaper, there will be training involved. If you are already a trained landscaper, reach out to us, and we can discuss possibilities based on your experience and skill level. Our ideal employee would be able to listen to directions, arrive on time, be friendly and good with people, willing to learn about the trade, care about the environment, work outside in a garden independently, be detail oriented and also be physically fit for repetitive work and heavy lifting, and must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. We have steady work now, and potential for more ongoing work so we would need someone who would be committed and responsible. There is a trial period of two weeks at $17.00, to see how we work together. After that, a pay increase and a steady line of work is in order. If it’s the right fit, we see future potential for moving further-up in the business. We do have a new payroll system set up, and we pay weekly. Starting pay is negotiable after trial period. We usually have around 30 hours of work per week, right here in SF. We like to offer bonuses twice per year as well as other perks for long-term employees.
