SILVER SPRING, MD — A 14-year-old in Silver Spring has been reported missing, Montgomery County Police said Friday. Yessica Vasquez Romero was last seen on Aug. 3 and police are asking the public for help finding her. She is 5 feet tall, approximately 130 pounds, has blue eyes and brown hair. She as last seen at Leleck Elementary School. Yessica Vasquez Romero, 14, was last seen on Aug. 3.
