If you desire to be free from your past, ready to level up in life and be successful, The RODD Program is the "Door Way to your Freedom" The RODD Program was created by Debra Garrett, the mother of Rod during the time when he was faced with a second Prison term at the age of 31. She firmly believes that All Men can be successful regardless of their past mistakes, when given the proper tools to build his house. The program is divided into 2 categories: Renewing your Mind and Giving Back in the Community. With this combination, men are free from their past, know how to successfully move on in life, and develop new Survival Skills that turns into Thriving Skills, which creates their door way to freedom. Debra J. Garrett is a Mentor, Lifestyle Coach and Creator of 4F's4 Success Mentoring and Coaching program for women. Her Coaching program consist of 4F's which are: Fitness, Fashion, Finances & Faith. She also is the Creator of a Personal Development Program: RODD-Restoring Of Dreams & Destiny, Restoration Program for Men that desire a new start or ready to level-up in life.
