HOWARD COUNTY, MD — As of Monday, Howard County has a total of 20,226 positive new coronavirus cases, according to the Howard County Health Department, and 257 deaths. The state has 480,718 confirmed cases and 9,675 deaths total, reports the Maryland Department of Health.
