Franchot To Appear In Catonsville Oct. 27

CATONSVILLE, MD — Maryland Comptroller Peter Franchot will appear in Catonsville Oct. 27 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Rolling Road Golf Club, 814 Hilltop Rd. for an evening reception and discussion about the future of Maryland. Hosted by Joe and Cindy Loverde, Jim Himel and Richard Hiteshew, the event will include cocktails and hor d'ouerves. Franchot announced his intention to run for governor in 2022 back in January 2020. He was the first person to announce candidacy for the position. Gov. Larry Hogan currently is serving his second and last term, since governors are limited to two terms.
