Press release from Shreve Memorial Library: August 16, 2021 The Caddo Parish Registrar of Voters Office is conducting voter registration drives at several Shreve Memorial Library branches throughout the City of Shreveport starting Monday, August 23 through Friday, August 27. In order to register, potential voters will need to bring identification and proof of residency in Caddo Parish. Citizens are asked to follow CDC and state mask mandates inside all library branches.
