Homeland Security I think was dreamed up during the obama era. If it cannot be reconstituted to perform the duties of supplying security for the homeland, it needs to be disbanded. Problem seems to be that it 's leaders are hand-puppets of congress who created it. It fails to deal with political problems in California allowing open borders. It fails to follow up on foreign nationals freely roaming the country. It fails to collect information on Antifa operatives. It FAILS to collect information that could lead to the arrest of BLM rioters. Homeland security is a HAND-PUPPET of obama communists. thanks, Bill.
