Golf outing is to Help support Kids at Moose Heart and Seniors at Moose Haven. We are a NON PROFIT ORGANIZTION. 4 person team is $ 220.00 includes green fee, cart, prize money and dinner afterwards Tee off is at 1:00 pm central time Sign up by Sept 24,2021 @ lodge or by texting 219-921-3382 and have a form email to you. Will have closest to pin, longest drive, a betting hole, skins and a 50/50. All golfers will get a goody bag Dinner afterwards at the LaPorte Moose Lodge 925 Boyd Blvd
