Matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in rare Madeira barriques to produce a house-style Madeira-finish whisky that, even at 46% ABV, is light and fresh in style. M&H Classic -- The first single malt whisky from Tel Aviv's Milk & Honey Distiller is made using the finest ex-bourbon casks and special red-wine shaved/toasted/re-charred casks. Ohishi Single Sherry Cask Whisky -- distilled from rice and matured fully in fresh Sherry Casks. Like sherry cask scotch whisky, but uniquely its own in mouth feel and aroma. GlenAllachie 15-Year Ex Oloroso Matured Single Malt Scotch -- From the 2020 Scottish Whisky Distillery of the Year, the 15-Year presents a rainbow of sweet spices, raisins and butterscotch that develops to banana, orange peel and dark chocolate. Kilchoman Machir Bay Single Malt Scotch Whisky -- this signature peated single malt is matured in both Buffalo Trace and sherry casks. The high proportion of bourbon barrels create a distinct balance of classic Islay character and fresh floral complexity. Kilchoman Sanaig Single Malt Whisky -- Sanaig is a vatting of both sherry and bourbon casks. The high proportion of Oloroso sherry influence adding a balance of dried fruits and spices to classic Kilchoman citrus sweetness and peat smoke character.
