ABOUT THE ROLE: We're looking for Cleaners to join our positive cleaning team! Team Cleaners are responsible for the day-to-day execution of on-site home cleaning within time limits while delivering excellent customer service. All of our cleaners have a positive impact on the homes they clean. We appreciate team players that bring a positive energy and a desire to exceed our client's expectations! Must Apply Online at ABOUT YOU: - You have a valid driver's license. - You have the desire to grow not only as an individual but within a team environment as well. - You have strong attention to detail, love organization, and are results-driven. - You have the ability to motivate a team and work together to get every last dust bunny. - You have great communication skills and are comfortable interacting with the Management and Operations team on a daily basis. - You are punctual, responsible and willing to learn things. - You're available for a shift from 9am-4pm WHAT YOU'LL DO: - You are responsible for cleaning, organizing, and maintaining multiple locations every day. - Comprehend, perform, and delegate tasks onsite. - Notify Supervisor and/or the Operations team of client needs as well as supplies necessary to perform cleaning tasks. - Monitor and restock supplies and essentials as needed. - Arrive on time to every site and encourage your team to do the same. - Help us make the world a cleaner place.
