Busy manager and mom of 3 looking for a great local personal assistant starting with 5 hours a week. I would love to find a detail-oriented and highly organized personal assistant who is ok with cats and small kids, and enjoys helping out with whatever is needed. General responsibilities include: * Gaining knowledge of our family’s eating habits and suggesting a weekly menu of dinner ideas * Making a shopping list for the selected foods, buying them and putting them away * Monitoring supplies of staples and household goods, ordering/purchasing them when supplies are low * Researching service providers (gardeners, cleaners) and kids activities and making recommendations * Scheduling appointments (vet, doctor, personal care, cleaners) * Various errands like trips to the post office, managing returns, and so on * Occasionally replying to some emails * Taking car to car wash, oil change, etc. * Watering house plants * Laundry * Dropping off donations or managing sale of items on Craigslist An ideal schedule would be 5 hours split between Tuesday/Thursday afternoons, but the schedule is flexible. Compensation is $20/hr with room to grow in terms of number of hours and hourly rate. The easier you make my life, the more you make!
