We are seeking a Full-Time, Long-Term Lead Event Tech and Event Production Leader (AUDIO, LIGHTING, etc.) to join our team! We are an extremely busy Event Services/Production Company (weddings, corporate events, school events, private parties and more!) Our company is HUGE on customer service in any position! Must be reliable, friendly, very detail oriented, organized, proficient in audio, and production equipment (i.e. Lighting, Lounge, Fabric, Photo Booth, and Décor), be tech savvy and willing to go the extra mile for our employees and entire team. The Lead Tech/ Production Leader will coordinate the flow of work, employee relations and communication between departments as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. Responsibilities: • Event Lighting, Decor and Audio Set-up • Event Logistics and Scheduling • Shop/ Warehouse Duties to include Loading/Unloading Events and Event Prep • Fixing Audio and Lighting Equipment • Familiar with and able to work with all types of production equipment (Audio, Lighting, etc.) • Maintain and improve execution of production/event assignments to all employees • Willingness to work all positions required and assist our entire team in keeping our ever-growing business thriving! • Serve as point of contact to clients at events Qualifications: • Ability to work on, fix and troubleshoot audio, lighting and production equipment • Previous experience in production, planning, or other related fields helpful • Strong project management skills • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Physical ability and strength to set up and remove large equipment at job sites • Valid Drivers License with the ability to meet insurance and physical road requirements. • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well in teams Hours & Schedule Required: Applicant must have flexible days and hours for 40+ hours per week between the shop and events. Weekend event work and Holidays required. Our warehouse is located in Southeast Ft. Collins/ Loveland/ Windsor area. We service the entire state of Colorado, Surrounding States and Nationwide Events. Pay: Starting/training pay will be negotiable based on experience. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to talk to the motivated tech-savvy applicants.
