Need energetic man to help renovate old house, especially fixing basement foundation and gutters. Also carpentry, replacing windows, lawn maintenance, painting, etc. Part time, days, hours flexible (6-8 hrs. a week to start). Weekends fine. Payment is a minimum of $18 an hour, or by job.
