Construction Project Manager (Memphis) compensation: $50,000 annual employment type: full-time General Contractor seeks qualified Project Manager/Estimator for Georgia based residential Construction Company specializing in residential remodels in the Memphis area. Candidate will be based at home and responsible for covering given territory. Please reply only if you live in or around the Memphis area. Drug free work place and drug testing upon request. A plus if familiar with permitting for counties in the Memphis area. Primary responsibilities: - Supervise sub-contractors and perform daily site supervision of work in progress - Assist with construction schedule management and update schedules accordingly - Communicate scope/change order issues with contractors - Monitor budgets and cost projections throughout projects - Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines - Understand and minimize the negative implications of delays, bad weather or other unexpected occurrences at the job site - Monitor compliance with building and safety codes - Maintain open line of communications with Atlanta office Requirements - Strong work ethic and positive attitude - Dedication/hard working - Function well in fast paced environment - Multi tasking - Well organized - Reliable - Team player - Good communication skills - Valid driver's license and clean driving record - Able to work from home (must have access to internet) Location: Memphis, TN area Compensation: $50,000 Principals only.
