Philly Schools, Zoo, Chop Teaming Up For Vaccination Event

PHILADELPHIA — Another effort to increase vaccinations is taking place Tuesday in Philadelphia at the city's zoo. The Philadelphia Zoo, CHOP, the School District of Philadelphia are hosting a vaccination event Tuesday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the zoo. Anyone 12 and older can get the vaccine at the event. And after they get the shot, they are free to tour the zoo. Second doses will be administered from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 7 at the zoo.
