ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS SUSPENDED/REVOKED DRIVER'S LICENSE Puga Christian Aguilera, 25, is accused of driving on a suspended license, and was arrested at 12:10 a.m. Aug. 13, at Arlington Heights and Golf roads. A bond of $2,500 was set and Aguilera was assigned a court date of Sept. 16 in Rolling Meadows.Timothy Marcell Tiggens, 40, is accused of driving on a suspended license, and was arrested at 2:57 a.m. Aug. 7, at Palatine and Rand roads. His bond was set at $2,500 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 16. NO DRIVER'S LICENSE David A. Eberhardt, 49, is accused of operating a motor vehicle with no driver's license, and was arrested at 1:20 a.m. Aug. 7, at Arlington Heights Road and Suffield. Bond was set at $2,500 and Eberhardt was assigned a court date of Sept. 16 in Rolling Meadows. BATTERY Martin W. Kerley, 57, is accused of battery, and was arrested at 7:45 a.m. Aug. 11, at the downtown train station, 45 W Northwest Highway. His bond was set at $100 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 17 in Rolling Meadows. DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE Vitaliy Kuzma, 37, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 2:32 a.m. Aug. 6, at Rand and Wilkes roads. Bond was set at $1,000 and Kuzma was assigned a court date of Sept. 10 in Rolling Meadows. Thomas A. Patterson, 35, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 4:33 a.m. Aug. 11, at North Arlington Heights Road and E Eastman Street. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 26 in Rolling Meadows. LAST WEEK: Pizzeria Employees Accused Of Selling Alcohol To Minors WARRANT Kathryn J. Mesmer, 32, is accused of having a warrant for bail bond/Class A offense, and was arrested at 12:02 p.m. Aug. 7, at Lake Cook and Arlington Heights roads. Her bond was set at $5,000 and she was assigned a court date of Sept. 2 in Rolling Meadows. IDENTITY THEFT Patrick J. Petrillo, 32, is accused of identity theft over $100,000, and was arrested at 4:04 p.m. Aug. 9, in the 2000 block of S Arlington Heights Road.
