Description

We Buy Fix and Flip and Buy Fix and Rent homes in Ontario County. Looking for a Handyman with a well rounded skillset to work with our growing team and take care of maintenance requests, tenant turnover, etc in our Ontario County rental portfolio (based out of Canandaigua but have units in Geneva, Phelps, Farmington, Naples, etc. and all points in between). Skillsets (the more you have the more valuable you are to us): carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring (e.g. tiling, luxury vinyl plank, etc), masonry, plumbing, electrical, siding/roofing, HVAC & appliance repair, etc. Must be able to work independently and interact effectively with tenants, code enforcement officers and other stakeholders. Must have own tools & transportation. This is an Independent Contractor Position. Hours can be flexible: 20-50 hours/week
