Press release from the Atlanta Police Department: 08/15/2021 Preliminary Information: On 8/14/21, around 11:11 pm, officers responded to a Person Shot at 687 Cascade Ave. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male inside of a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to Grady in critical condition, where he was pronounced deceased.  Homicide Investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding this shooting and to possibly identify anyone involved.  This investigation continues.
