As the Maintenance Technician you will help deliver the best service to our residents, including quality move-ins, expedited service and resident satisfaction. You are responsible for the physical condition of the apartments prior to occupancy and for the general upkeep of the property interiors, exteriors and common areas of all buildings. You will be required to handle emergency calls, as necessary and provide support and rotate emergency calls with the Lead Maintenance Supervisor, when applicable.
