!!!! LOST PUPPY SPOTTED --- LOOKING FOR OWNER !!!! I found a 40 pound black pitbull or lab puppy running through the back or river circle crossing apartments. It has been lost for several hours. Very friendly but scared. If you are missing a puppy, it has been seen as recently as 8:30PM
