The BEST Janitor/Facilities maintenance persons duties/responsibilities include but are not limited too: Daily indoor care tasks and processes for; each office, showroom, employee lounge and select warehouse areas. Daily outdoor care tasks and processes for; landscape debris, exterior waste baskets, trash and debris removal, building and window cleanliness. Adhere to daily, weekly, monthly cleanliness care tasks checklists. Follow basic safety protocols knowledge and use of Janitorial and Facilities maintenance tools and equipment. Perform basic replacement and repairs of common commercial facilities fixtures. Restock materials, chemicals, equipment, tools and any other needed products. Required: Good positive attitude. Write & Read. Physical ability to meet high energy job role.
