We are a growing National Account Lighting Distributor located in Vista, CA. Our goal is to provide the best customer service for our customers, and exceptional support for our own team. We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist who has high volume Distribution experience and who will perform a variety of duties directly supporting the shipping department while working in conjunction with operations, sales, and accounting. Multi-tasking, managing, and prioritizing the work load in a highly organized and detail oriented manner will be essential. Job Responsibilities: • Receive, verify and package product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling, pallet wrapping). • Stage product for loading • Load product onto truck • Unload materials from truck • Responsible for quality control of product • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and OSHA safety standards • Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT). Stand up and sit down propane fork lift (we will train) • Clean and maintain work areas • Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications: • Minimum Education: High school Diploma • Minimum Experience: 1 Years • Experienced with warehouse operation procedures; • Be familiar with basic computer functions • Must have a valid California driver's license This is a full time, hourly position based out of our North County headquarters in Vista California. Employees earn "Anniversary Holidays" throughout tenure. $300 sign on bonus after 6 months.
