Working band looking for guitar or keys- Paid Position

We are a working band based in Canton called The Scenic Route. We're a female fronted rock band. We're currently looking for a guitarist or keyboard player to fill out our line up. We gig all around NE Ohio. There is some travelling involved. About 95% of the gigs are paid. The only things that aren't paid are interviews, radio shows, podcasts, etc. The pay is good. We play as a full band, and we do smaller acoustic gigs. You have to be willing to play both. Both types of gigs pay the same. You commitment is roughly 4-6 nights a month, depending on your involvement. The cover set list is pop/rock from the 70's to the 2000's. We also work as an original band. We consider our genre to be Indie Pop/Rock. We are constantly recording and releasing new material. The cover gigs keep everyone paid, keep the band tight, and help to finance the original stuff. Our ultimate goal is to be a national touring act. Everyone's creative input is welcome. We have excellent management. Everyone is very positive and professional. We are extremely organized. The band members are awesome, motivated artists. We have absolute all-stars at every position. We have one of the best vocalists in the NE Ohio music scene. We need you to be positive and professional. You need to be skilled on your instrument. Age isn't super important, but we'd like to keep it under 35(ish). Links to our stuff below.
