Duties and Responsibilities for Event Staff:
Customer service to event goers
Bag checking at entry doors
Instructing and giving directions to attendees
Monitoring entrances and exits throughout the venue
Cleaning rotation for COVID protocol
Be eyes and ears for security and contacting them if needed
Skills and Qualifications for Event Staff:
Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift
Perform various duties at various stations as directed by supervisor
Be punctual and check in with supervisor onsite upon arrival
Be able to perform duties outside rain or shine
Job Details for Event Staff:
WED 8-18-21 Start time: 4:00pm Doubleheader shift is usually 7-9 hours $14.00/hr
SAT 8-21-21 Start time: 3:00pm Shift is usually 4-6 hours $14.00/hr
WED 8-25-21 Start time: 5:30pm Doubleheader shift is usually 7-9 hours $14.00/hr
Uniform/Dress Code required:
Black Shoes-all black tennis shoes with black sole are okay (NO open toes or heels)
Black pants/Shorts-Golf shorts, slacks, dockers are acceptable. NO Jeans, No swim or drawstring Shorts. Shorts must be no shorter than 2 inches above knee
Polo shirts issued to each event worker upon arrival. Black or White Under shirt only
No purses or bags
Bring water Bottle (refill stations onsite) Weather will be 90+ degrees
Meet at Providence Park:1735 SW Salmon St in the South West corner of the Parking Lot
YOU MUST SIGN IN AND OUT ONSITE TO LOG YOUR HOURS WORKED
NO ONSITE PARKING AVAILABLE - Street parking only-MAX suggested
$14.00/hr
