2 dogs found on Halladay & Young St.

Hi everyone. I found these 2 nice dogs roaming the intersection of Halladay and Young Street. Do you recognize them? They seem to know each other and start whimpering if I separate them. I'm trying to get them back to their owner as I can't foster dogs too long. I already have 3 of my own. If you guys can please help me find their owners I would greatly appreciate it.
