Hello. You were riding your bike on Saturday at around 12:30 p.m. near Monterey Court, and witnessed a child crash his bike into the back of a woman who was walking south, knocking her to the ground and slicing her leg open. You stopped and said you saw the entire thing, and just before the accident the kid had flown by you on his bike and asked you to race. Would love to speak to you. PLEASE contact! Thank you
